Sollten Sie später an- oder früher abreisen, so wird laut Buchung verrechnet.
Die Reservierung einer bestimmten Appartement-Nummer können wir nicht versprechen. Haustiere dürfen nur auf Anfrage mitgebracht werden.

Stornierung: Bis 3 Monate vor Urlaubsantritt entstehen keine Stornokosten, ab 3 Monate bis 1 Monat stellen wir 3 Tage in Rechnung. Ab 1 Monat vor Urlaubsantritt oder bei vorzeitiger Abreise oder verspäteter Ankunft verrechnen wir 80% des gebuchten Aufenthalts pro Person.

Kinder bis 6 Jahre (2006 – 2012) wohnen kostenlos.

Anreise: ab 14:00 Uhr / Abreise: bis 10:00 Uhr

La preghiamo di effettuare il pagamento in contanti o con assegno bancario la sera prima della partenza. Carte di credito non vengono accettate.

Se la Vostra permanenza non corrisponde alla prenotazione, siamo costretti a mettere in conto tutto il periodo riservato. Non siamo in grado di garantire la prenotazione di un determinato appartamento. Animali sono amessi soltanto su richiesta.

Annullamento della prenotazione: fino a 3 mesi prima dell'inizio del soggiorno non vi sono penali da pagare; a partire da 3 mesi fino a un mese prima dell'arrivo addebiteremo 3 giorni. Per gli annullamenti che ci verranno comunicati dopo il 30° giorno e in caso di arrivi posticipati o partenze anticipate sarà addebitato l'80% del soggiorno prenotato per persona.

Offerta speciale per famiglie: Bambini fino a 6 anni (nati 2006 a 2012) non pagano.

Should you arrive later or leave earlier, what was actually booked will be charged. We can not guarantee that you get a certain apartment number. Pets are allowed only by prior arrangement.

Children up to 6 years of age (born 2006 – 2012) stay free of charge.
